LDC
LDC product family is developed for industrial automatic diode laser characterization. LDCs are ideal tools for characterization, quality control and failure analysis. The product platforms are designed to measure and analyze the characteristics of diode lasers in a fast and reproducible way. Different laser integration levels and different packaged types can be tested under temperature controlled conditions either in CW or pulsed mode. Modular design of the product platforms enables NF to offer a variety of features and options to ensure the best solutions for our clients.

BLT
BLT product family is developed for industrial automatic diode laser characterization, burn-in and lifetime testing. Different diode laser packaged types can be tested under temperature controlled conditions.
BLT testers can be custom-configured with unique features to enable simultaneous diode laser characterization making NF’s BLTs exceptional challenge-solving testing systems.
